Business Development Role - Consulting/FinTech Solution (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective business development strategy;
- Proven experience of working with client inquiries, problems, requests and suggestions to determine the appropriate solutions and/or responses;
- Perform first level root cause analysis
- Identify and open new accounts
- Interact on an on-going basis with potential clients via phone, email, and/or in-person;
- Identify markets, clients and generate leads; develop active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet quarterly and annual quota;
- Handle multiple client engagements / portfolio of engagements simultaneously;
- Follow ups on internal leads generated from multiple marketing events;
- Develop positive relationship with new clients; understand their needs and business objectives;
- Work closely with the execution team to develop proposals and present them to the client;
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients;
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 -4 years of experience in consulting or service industry
- Graduate or Master (in commerce) with Sales & Marketing background
- Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively prioritize opportunities for growth.
- Self-starter, motivator, go getter with strong drive with effective planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills in English
- Strong executive presence and presentation expertise
- Candidate with customs, finance or taxation related knowledge shall be preferred.
