Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key industry players.

3. Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

6. Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

7. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a civil engineer with Sales background

2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the construction and infrastructure industry.

3. Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

7. Experience using CRM tools and other sales-related software
