Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-centric Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our mission. If you have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of smashing targets, this is the opportunity for you. As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be driving our innovative products and services to new heights, engaging with customers, and consistently meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Targeted Engagement: Connect with potential customers within the B2B segment through 7-10 cold visits daily.

- Product Advocacy: Educate prospects on the groundbreaking benefits of our energy-efficient cooling solutions.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to foster satisfaction and repeat business.

- Target-Oriented Excellence: Surpass sales targets and KPIs with unwavering consistency and determination.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Customer Engagement: Ability to engage and influence potential customers with compelling communication.

- Sales Expertise: Skilled at presenting and demonstrating products/services to a diverse B2B clientele.

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships for continued business growth.

- Goal-Driven: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities that resonate with various customer profiles.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Minimum graduate-level education.

- Experience: At least 4-8 years of experience in field sales.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.

- Motivation: Highly self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.

- Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive independently while working seamlessly within a team.
