The Job:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the Civil Infrastructure market in Australia & New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. You'll identify and research new civil infrastructure projects, establish relationships with decision-makers, and facilitate key meetings for the CEO. This position is perfect for someone looking to grow into a sales career while contributing to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research to identify new civil infrastructure projects and opportunities within the ANZ market.

- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at civil construction companies.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO with high-potential leads.

- Introduce the company's solutions to potential firms and pursue opportunities within this space.

- Collaborate with the CRO to refine business development strategies and identify emerging opportunities.

- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, interactions, and progress.

- Assist in preparing presentations for complex sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

- You possess solid experience selling solutions to major construction companies in the ANZ market.

- You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.

- You have experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.

- A network within civil infrastructure and construction sectors in the ANZ region would be advantageous.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in initiating conversations with senior stakeholders.
