Business Development Role - BPO (1-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- Increase the free & paid listing in Just dial Platform
- Identify the business owner/decision maker
- Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
- Collect business information (About company, products & services)
- Explain & Suggest the right advertisement product with costing, tenure, features
- Focus on adhering to the sales protocols and policies
- Manage sales & post-sales queries of customer
- Effective communication skills.
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 21 to 37 Years.
- CTC- Up To 3.80 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
- Education : Any Graduate
- Min 1+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
