Business Development Role - Biologicals (9-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Help grow the Biologics Development and Manufacturing services business in the assigned territory.
2. Primary responsibility is to promote Syngene services in this vertical to new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients.
3. Frequent travel to participate and represent company in various trade shows, industry conferences and other relevant meetings (upto 30-35% travel, both domestic and international)
4. Define the scope of potential projects with clients, coordinate with proposal team for Proposals preparation.Participate in proposal defense and contract negotiations
5. Manage a team and guide them in lead generation, proposal preparation and client relationship management.
6. Contribute towards collating market research including competitor information, customer needs and identify new projects for the business.
7. Assist and provide inputs on marketing plans and contribute for development of marketing strategies as required with particular emphasis on the needs of the respective markets
8. Promote and manage Brand of the company.
