Job title: Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads within the insurance industry
Key Responsibilities :
- Research potential clients and target audiences to create a strong list of prospects in the insurance space.
- Quality leads by assessing their needs, budget, and readiness to purchase insurance products.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales representatives and account managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective interactions in CRM software, ensuring data is up-to-date and organized.
Desired candidate profile :
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
- Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
- Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
- Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
