Business Development Role - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
A Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute outreach campaigns.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is Mandatory
- Previous experience in Field sales
- Strong communication
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
