Business Development Role - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We're searching for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our Dharwad office. The ideal applicant has at least two years of field sales experience and a proven track record of identifying new business prospects, developing client relationships, and increasing revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new business possibilities via field trips, networking, and lead creation.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and discussions with prospective clients.
- Create and sustain long-term connections with customers to secure recurring business.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- To stay ahead of the competition, keep an eye on market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
- Keep accurate sales records and reporting in CRM tools.
- Ensure adherence to business rules and industry requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of two years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while managing several clients.
- Expertise with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel inside Dharwad and the surrounding regions for sales meetings.
- Experience with insurance, loans, financial services, or business consultancy.
- Excellent networking and customer acquisition skills.
- Capability to identify market trends and implement sales strategy.
