Business Development Role - BFSI (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2 years of field sales experience to join our growing team.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Use networking, field sales, and referrals to find and create new company prospects.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
- To complete agreements, do product demos, sales presentations, and negotiations.
- Effectively manage the sales funnel and qualify leads.
- Work together with the marketing and sales departments to maximize lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Stay informed about industry advancements, rivalry, and market trends.
- Monitor and communicate sales success indicators, offering guidance for ongoing enhancement.
- Respond to questions and problems as soon as possible to guarantee client satisfaction.
- To increase the reach of your firm, take part in trade exhibits, industry events, and networking gatherings.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
