Business Development Role - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Consults with clients to assess their insurance needs, provides rate quotes and coverage recommendations, and assists with completing applications and other paperwork.
Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies
- Provide training and support to agency partners
- Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Requirements :
- Experience - 1 to 10 Years in Life Insurance
- Salary - 3.5 to 4 Lakh per annum
- Qualification - Graduation Degree
