Business Development Role - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our agency network. The role focuses on generating new business by identifying and onboarding potential agents, building strong relationships, and meeting growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and reach out to potential agents to grow the agency network.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with agents.
- Conduct meetings to introduce products and services to new agents.
- Guide new agents through the onboarding process and product training.
- Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years in sales/business development .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be local candidate.
