Job Description :
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary responsibility is to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking, generating leads that will be passed on to the sales team for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed business targets.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
