Business Development Role - BFS (2-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding the demands of the clients and notifying them about the available products and services.
- Creating sales strategy that align with the objectives of the company.
- Setting priorities and assigning work to team members
- Creating and submitting sales reports on a regular basis to upper management.
- Recommending sales enhancement tactics and giving advise to the sales staff.
- Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals.
- Documenting all the details of sales team actions.
Candidate Profile :
Age : Minimum 22 Years to maximum 38 years
Qualification : Graduate/MBA
Experience : +2 years in any field of sales
Skills :
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service to the customer.
- Ability to handle different types of customers patiently.
