Business Development Role - Bank/Insurance (2-6 yrs)
You are responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks. They are also responsible for inspiring and motivating team members with regular encouragement, keeping the enthusiasm going by providing individualised coaching when needed.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Ensure that district sales staffs adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other field sales Agents
- Train them for sales target
- Requite agents and motivate them for achieve goal
- Develops base for long-term sources of clients.
- Compiles lists of prospects.
- Establishes productive working relationships with clients.
- Communicates with your team member for more business
Requirement skill:
- Graduated in any field.
- Having best of experience in field sales minimum 2+ years and for higher designation 2+ years in BFSI sector
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisers
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.
