CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Description :
- Training and coaching financial advisors, consultants, and distributors
- Assessing the team members- performance and guiding them
-Visit the assigned location of clients when it is required for services of the products
- Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
- Meeting the company expectations of business volume
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers and your sales team
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Sales and Marketing of any domain
Age: 24 to 40 Years
- Present excellent sales skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
