- As background this business unit, referring to provides physical communication services to brands. We help them design, produce and implement visual retail elements in stores.

- This ranges from Inkjet printing (for all in-store graphics) to retail fabrication (such as point-of-display units, outside facade signage & window displays) as well as other applications such as bespoke wallpapers, office branding, fleet graphics, etc.

- Our clients are blue-chip, large brands such as L'Oreal, Nivea, Raymonds, Walmart, Exxon Mobil, Unilever, etc

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- The role and responsibility will be highly independent and target driven.

- It will involve generating new leads, meeting clients, collecting projects and ensuring execution (driven by our client-servicing team) as well as recovery of money.

- Preferably someone with prior print or retail visual merchandise experience would be ideal, but what's more important is a sense of entrepreneurship and hustle

- Compensation bracket would be not exceeding 12 lakhs/annum CTC, but there can be a generous incentive component (as a % of sales made) so the candidate can earn as much as he or she likes.

- Highly enthusiastic candidates who are willing to lower their base salary to get a higher incentive component which takes compensation up with increased sales.
