Business Development Role - B2B Sales - International Market - IT (3-7 yrs)

The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer success role, identifying relevant accounts and contacts to generate qualified leads, is essential. As our business evolves, we rely on our associates for flexibility and foresight while maintaining confidence in high-level processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the industry verticals, target companies, and functional roles specified by assigned clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn, other websites, and tools to gather account-level, contact-level, and hard-to-find information, populating the CRM.
- Conduct internet searches to find data points and connect an individual's roles and responsibilities with their strategic priorities.
- Craft carefully worded observations about suspects based on their background and accomplishments, mimicking the style and idiom of a AU, U.S. or EU-based marketer.
- Respond in writing to suspect communications received on LinkedIn and email, matching the style and idiom of a AU, U.S. or EU-based marketer.
- Initiate innovative ways to leverage LinkedIn and other tools for identifying new sales opportunities.
- Document insights about each suspect for efficient engagement in future lead nurturing efforts.
- Maintain an email/LinkedIn-based content marketing campaign on behalf of assigned clients.
- Plan and execute ongoing campaigns (monthly) alongside daily outreach to expand avenues and generate demand.
- Use both inbound and outbound channels to generate quality leads that convert to opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree: BE, BTech, BCA, or MTech, MCA, BA, BCom.
- At least 3 years of working experience in data research and demand generation, with 2 years specifically in demand generation for IT Services with a North America/EU focus.
- Essential experience in generating demand through LinkedIn; proficiency in other social selling tactics is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about working as an individual contributor in a startup environment, embracing challenges.
- Proficient in using Marketing automation tools and CRM.
