- Student housing is becoming recognised as an asset class with tremendous potential as compared to student renting & sharing residential apartments. Retirement home is becoming vastly popular; it includes enhanced features that can make living for the elderly far more secure and comfortable as compared to the traditional old age home.
Duties & responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying & nurturing existing key relationships & build new relations with developers
- These activities need to be undertaken through focused networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.
- Research on new / upcoming projects through internet, news papers, cold calling and other sources.
- Setting up meetings with key decision makers and Initiate discussions to understand their real estate requirements.
- Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up.
- Good interpersonal skills & willing to travel.
