Business Development - Alliances & Partnership
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with partners
- Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluation the benefits of association
- Actively lead Business Development with each and every partner by understanding how Client & the partner can be mutually beneficial to each other
- Surface new sales leads, Pitch products and maintain fruitful relationships with Partners
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership pipeline
- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Manage end to end partner relations including pitching, negotiation, contracting, execution, billing / invoicing, payment / collection, result tracking and troubleshooting
- Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Track and report key metrics and ROI from each and every partner
- Coordinate with the technical team to get the technical task done on time, which is needed for certain partnerships
Requirements :
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Alliances & Partnership role
- Should be adept with organizing calls with various stakeholders, following up with leads and closing partnership deals
- Prior experience in Business Development will be an advantage
- Experience in working with a B2B SaaS company will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skill - both written and oral
