Job Title : Business Development - Agency Insurance
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development professional in the Agency Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement a strategic business development plan to meet growth targets in the agency insurance market.
- Identification and pursuit of new business prospects with agents and brokers.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and marketing, to guarantee the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- To meet sales targets, create and implement successful sales plans and methods.
- To discover prospective possibilities and risks, keep an eye on market trends and rival action.
- Prepare and deliver client and internal stakeholders presentations.
- Make certain that all business development initiatives adhere to company policy and regulatory standards.
- Report on business development initiatives, including sales data and pipeline management, on a regular basis.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of expertise in field sales & marketing.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining excellent connections with agents and brokers.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance sector, including goods, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and increasing revenue.
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities that are second to none.
- Capability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency required.
Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
