Business Development Role - Agency Channel - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
In the quick-paced insurance industry of India, we are seeking a creative Business Development Manager to propel the expansion of our Agency Channel.
Key Responsibilities :
- To increase the sales force throughout the area, find and hire additional agents or agencies.
- Create and put into action focused plans to propel company expansion via the agency channel.
- Build enduring, solid bonds with top-performing agents and assist them in reaching sales goals.
- Give agents ongoing training and direction to enhance their performance, product knowledge, and sales abilities.
- Keep abreast of consumer demands, market trends, and rival activity in order to modify tactics and spot new chances.
- To meet company objectives, monitor sales performance, spot gaps, and take remedial action.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years in sales and marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Must be local candidate
