Business Development Role - Advisory Firm (2-8 yrs)
We are hiring for One of the Advisory Firm.
ROLE : Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Business development of domestic research & advisory offerings for corporates / PSUs, private equity, Investment firms, etc. across allocated geographies spanning the following activities:
- New client acquisition / Consultative Sales across multiple sectors
- Managing existing relationship with key clients across hierarchy ; Cross-selling/up-selling to existing clients to grow wallet share
- Develop strong understanding of the research & advisory offerings and do impactful pitch to the clients
- Should be able to independently identify relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management / CXO level with clients and prospects
- Basic understanding of finance and sector analysis; RFP Bidding process within PSUs etc.
- Should be well-read with adequate knowledge of industry happenings to be able to do effective senior management interactions
- Will be responsible for feedback on product verticals and identification of trends and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the analytical/execution team to help develop new products and services
Process Adherence -
- Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Presales - Demo, respond to EOIs, RFPs, prepare proposals etc.
- Provide inputs for and develop collaterals
- Contract negotiation & closing
- Communication to client on franchise elements
