Business Development Role (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business expansion. The role requires market research, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify untapped markets and customer segments to expand business outreach.
- Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct initial client interactions to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
- Create customized sales presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of potential clients and track conversion rates.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand presence.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine targeted campaigns and sales messaging.
- Provide market feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or B2C.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales analytics for tracking performance.
