Business Development Role (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Sheshadripuram. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of field sales experience and a passion for driving business growth.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Sheshadripuram and nearby areas.
