Business Development Role (2-5 yrs)
- Managing the relationships between existing clients and prospects in CIS Region.
- Define, lead and drive business development.
- To drive through direction to the business development in identifying the relevant market segments, creation of lead generation engine, qualification of leads (including client interactions) and helping the product and marketing teams to articulate the desired solution.
- Lead Market Segmentation, Lead Qualification, Client Solution Requirement analysis, solution design in coordination with internal teams.
- Strategic deliverables include quarterly alignment / re-alignment with functional and regional sales leaders, planning of field enablement programs, pipe generation & close campaigns, and thought leadership / customer awareness activities.
- Proactively identify, develop and drive quarterly customer acquisition and enablement initiatives that will deliver business growth, and generate + accelerate pipeline
- Work with product marketing to refine message, selling and enablement tools and assets based on customer and market feedback; develop go-to-market initiatives and execution plans to accelerate growth and remove obstacles.
Candidate Specification :
- Excellent communication in English & Russian language
- Experience of 2 to 5 years
- Ability to bring form and structure to the ambiguous
- Experience establishing & nurturing key customer relationships and supporting the closing of strategic opportunities.
- Strong analytical, presentation, advanced abilities in business modeling .
- Ability to interface, influence and manage with all levels of organization.
