Business Development Role (1-5 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Drive lead generation and client acquisition strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Leverage industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Upwork for effective lead sourcing and opportunity identification.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and sales documentation to address client requirements.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within organizations.
- Lead contract negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing, and leadership, to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
