We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers for our Product Led-SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts and converting leads into qualified sales opportunities.

What will you do?

- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers and qualify leads.

- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their business needs and present our Product Led-SaaS solutions.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified sales opportunities.

- Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into sales opportunities.

What will you add?

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales development or inside sales, preferably in the Product Led-SaaS industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Experience with CRM software and sales prospecting tools.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
