Business Development Representative - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Promote expansion in the life insurance industry by establishing new agency relationships and assisting those that already exist. Within the agency channel, give special attention to lead generation, relationship-building, and sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and approach potential new agency partners.
- Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.
- Provide product training and sales techniques to agencies.
- Examine agency performance and market trends.
- Keep track of documents and write reports regarding company growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree.
- All set to go and meet with agents and clients.
- Age bracket: 21- 38.
- Experience: a minimum of one year in BFSI and insurance sales and marketing.
- The candidate must be local.
