- Relationship management at the CXO level for the SMB & Start-up accounts from India
- Complete Account Management, Prospect nurturing & Opportunity qualification through BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) criteria.
- Meeting customers (In-Person/Web), Delivering Tech Presentation, Giving them solutions overview on - Cloud & Digital Transformation Solutions portfolio, providing proposal, negotiating on the terms & closing deals.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Experience into Cloud sales background preferred.
