Business Development & Operations Role - Education (4-6 yrs)
1. Responsible for developing the business by creating awareness about various products
2. Responsible to generate database and market collaterals, information
3. Planning of an organization's business development activities & initiatives through innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business
4. Interacting and building relationships with School Principals, Management and Consultants for BD
5. Accountable for negotiating with schools & other institutes for contracts, initiating proposals
6. To plan & develop Centers and Drive Admissions Campaign for Centers
7. Visit potential schools & other institutes for strategic tie-up
8. Develop effective working relationships with internal & external customers through regular meetings
9. To identify new avenues of business
10. Plan & execute strategies for brand awareness by advertising and brand promotion campaign
11. Plan & execute events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, road shows, saturation campaigns etc.
12. Coordinate with publicity firms for outdoor media assessing new markets and analyzing business opportunities by keeping tab on the competition
13. Conducting market surveys, competitor analysis and data collection
14. To assist for Media campaigns., Website development, Print requirements, at various places as required
15. To create, develop, rate, manage & maintain database, information for the developmental usage
16. To motivate parents, adhere the schedules and plan the calendars for the events
17. Any other task may be assigned by the Management as and when required.
Key Requirements:
1. Business Development & Marketing, Operations, Knowledge of BD & Mktg. strategies Digital / Non digital both.
2. Knowledge & understanding of social media other tools. Exposure in the Education sector, Open to travel.)
