Job Description:
- Generate sales in new markets and establish new channels
- Converting urban market leads into sales & increasing count of distributors in network
- Solving greivances of the network
Managing Processes :
- Identify the new potential to market, Customers
- Extensive practical knowledge FMCG products
- Smart, Market analytical & ready to push and crunch numbers
- Hard Working, Dedicated and Punctual, Ability to generate business individually.
- Will to travel &Revenue Generation
- Payment Collections for Outstanding Accounts
- Should have good negotiation Skills.
- Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
- Direct Sales to Retailers/Outlets.
- Ability to produce quality result in time
- Able to handle the junior staff and motivate them to achieve the targets
- Regular meeting with sales teams, Assigned Territories to sales teams
- Lead Generation & Strong Follow Up
- Excellent in improving the existing relation of organization and client
Core Expertise: An effective communicator with good inter-personal, leadership skills, presentation and negotiation skills. Self motivator and team player.
