Job Description :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with excellent customer service.
- Generate new business leads through various channels and identify potential customers.
- Promote and sell life insurance policies to clients based on their needs and financial objectives.
- Achieve sales targets and meet individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about insurance products, services, and policies to clients.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and products.
