Business Development Officer - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, as well as the ability to develop and execute their own strategies for business growth.
Responsibility :
- You'll have goals for sales and enticing incentives that are correlated with success.
- The preference will go to those who are willing to work remotely.
- Provides for customers by making sales and attending to their requirements.
- Focuses on enhancing sales by analyzing the current and prospective agent volume.
- Analyze rivals by compiling information on pricing, goods, new items, delivery times, and merchandising tactics from the current market.
- Provides consumers with historical records by keeping track of buyer and area sales.
- Create and implement plans to stimulate sales in both existing and new markets.
- Mentoring staff members to assist them in achieving both individual and team goals
- Sales to both businesses and consumers.
Candidate Profile :
- Min 1 Year Experience in Sales Or Marketing in Any sector
- Any graduation
- Ready to do Field Sales
