Job Title: Business Development Officer (Housing Finance)

CTC: Upto 2.40 Lac

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years in Microfinance sector / Affordable housing with PD experience


A Leading Housing finance company requires a Business Development Officer and the responsibilities include

Job Responsibilities :

[1] Receive the application and do the initial screening and assess the overall creditworthiness of the customer by preparation of credit appraisal report, updation of reports like Field Credit Investigation (FCI), checking income documents and bank statements, File management, etc.

[2] Visiting business premise of the customer, meeting the customer / his employer, conducting personal discussions and assessing the details pertaining to the business model of the customer

[3] Recommending the loan for approval, getting the loan sanctioned and processing the loan on the system ensuring the minimum TAT as per norms.

[4] Co-ordination with the channels for the pending documents collection as well as query resolution

Key Skills :

[a] Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations

[b] Basic knowledge of computer required

Mandatory :

[1] Good communication skills and command over English and the local language

[2] The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, convincing skills, process orientation, time management, and a strong determination to achieve results. The candidates must be open to travel extensively as a part of the job responsibility
