Business Development Officer - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Casey Group, a trustworthy name in the FMCG segment established in Phulbani, having its corporate office at Bhubaneswar is hiring experienced sales professionals
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.To monitor actively the work of the marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
2.To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.
3.To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly
4.To create exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
5.To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
Requirements :
1.- Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
2.- Must have Market Knowledge
3.- Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
4.- Ability to build rapport
5.- Experience in Customer Support is a plus
