We are hiring for a company which is providing innovative & comprehensive preconception, prenatal & newborn diagnostic services as well as COVID-19 detection & management testing!
The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- To achieve the target that are communicated from time to time.
- To visit two hospitals every day and meet gynaecologists and generate leads for expectant mothers.
- To give 3 presentations to expectant parents per day.
- To enter the leads generated from the field and to fill the activities carried out in the field daily in CRM.
- To project an appropriate image of the company in the field (expectant mother and doctors)
- To inform all activities happening in the field such as competitor activities and market feedback to Center Head.
- To take Center Heads to all A class doctors and hospitals for relationship building routinely.
- To induct the New RE's in the field as and when required.
- Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time
- To counsel the expectant parents
Ideal Candidate
Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Marketing Communications or Sales (B2C) within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
