Experience-2-4 years

Education - Bachelors of Any stream, MBA(Marketing) is must

Preferred from Construction/Cement industry field.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Job Title: OFFICER

Job description for Business Development- Office- Trade/Non-Trade Segment

1) To identify current non users (new customers) and / or identify opportunities in new ongoing and upcoming projects. Focus is on all small and large projects.

2) Data source to be tapped for current projects as well as for upcoming projects 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months and timely visits to them with the target to convert them for using our product in the required market share proportion

3) Quarterly mapping, in prescribed format, of mega competitor sites or upcoming project.

4) Gift items, giveaways and freebies as prepared from time to time should be distributed effectively in time to each key account.

5) Submission of reports as planed in the prescribed formants to the reporting person at set frequency.

6) Gather competitors- information with respect to sales volume, arrive, process, activities, etc. On daily basis and submit the same to the reporting executive with any suggestion/advise for taking decision on way forward.

7) Search of Good trade counters/Market organizers in the defined area in consultation to respective Regional Head and Business Development Head for regular trade business growth.

8) Identifying Key Structural consultants/Engineer/Architect/Contractor and developing relations with them to ensure such consultants can be taken on board.

9) Detailing their Consumption Pattern, financial Capability, good will in market, payment terms, product requirement and long-term attraction to a brand.

10) Access to information on competitor activities as prices, tonnage, TPCA.

11) Handling over customer /Dealer to concern RH after 3/6 months to get time foe new opportunities.

12) In addition, any work assigned from time to time.
