Responsibilities and Duties

Your responsibility is to bring : first 1000 Traders and 300 advisers and strategize innovations to serve further.

Duties : All the functions of Business Development

Description :

1. Support the development and execution of all Company's initiatives and strategies in the region.

2. Build and manage relationships with local and international client facing, marketing, middle and back office teams to ensure success of Company's projects and strategies.

3. Anticipate client's needs and propose alternative business solutions in a timely manner.

4. Assist in growing the company's affiliate and introducing broker business.

5. Continually capitalizes upon opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

6. Provide exceptional support to existing client base including platform usage, market commentary and product education.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

1. Entrepreneurial Mindset

2. Exposure to financial (share market) world

3. Strong presence of mind, understanding of trader's behavior, team work

4. Ready to take challenge and good visionary about budget, time and decision making
