Position : Business Development Manager

Location : Mumbai

Duration : Fulll Time

Note : At least 7 years in wooden flooring or building material sales or office furniture field strongly preferred.

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Overall Responsibility for business from entire range of products in West India, based in Mumbai

- Product presentations & create specifications by visiting End users / Architects / PMCs / Contractors/

- Builders/ Key decision makers developing network and strong business relationships in the market and Servicing both existing & new clients

- Commercial negotiations

- Achieving the set sales targets & KPIs as per Marketing activities and strategy together with distributors : Product launches, networking events etc.

- Complaints Handling

- Customers Product training for distributors

- Marketing Intelligence & regular monitoring of competitor activity and market trends

- Appointment of new & development of existing distributors, as per the strategy.

- Projects and Daily updating of other data in CRM

- Developing & executing effective sales & marketing plans for achieving increased business growth and initiating market development efforts.

- Carpet Work closely with the global accounts team on GA projects in West India

- A Prompt communication on regular basis with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery satisfaction.

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

- Customer Providing value added services by attending to customer queries and issues.

- During Attending project sites flooring installation & managing projects region .

- Developing Hyderabad business with the ability to solve additional revenue problems,

- Good negotiating skills & good interpersonal skills.

Required Skills :

- English, Hindi Good command of and preferably local language, both verbal and in writing.

- Disciplined, sincere punctual.

- A team player and a self-starter who can take ownership of work and is a Strong communicator.

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Outlook, Word, PPP and Excel

- Bachelors degree minimum qualification.

Experience: At least 5 years in flooring or building material sales or office furniture field strongly preferred.
