Business Development Manager - Switchgear (7-11 yrs)
- Handling external customers Dealers, Distributors, Electricals Consultants, Builders, Contractors and end users
- Resolving any issues with Switchgear products and ensuring customer issues and complaints are taken care of immediately
- Gather extensive market information on Switchgear products
- Conduct market mapping and analysis of market information to identify products- growth possibilities and opportunities for new products.
- Gather information on competitors- strategies for their products with respect to price, promotions; compare and analyse
- Provide Product training to all dealers and sales executives; also provide knowledge and understanding of products to customers
- Take decisions for marketing and promotional strategies (schemes and discounts offered) for Switchgear products.
