Business Development Manager - Staffing Firm (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with The Consulting Crew in the Permanent Staffing front.
Experience : minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in working as BDM for a staffing firm.
Location : Pitampura, Delhi
CTC: No Bar
Key elements to your role :
- Client Acquisition, Marketing & Business Development.
- Doing Extensive Cold Calling on regular basis.
- Managing existing client relationships and bringing in new clientele(IT & Non-IT, both).
- Responsible for generating the lead and getting the clients on board.
- Meeting HRs from diverse MNCs for bringing new business.
- Responsible for all the account activity as SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
- Giving presentations to the prospects with regards to the services for fulfilling their permanent staffing needs.
- Act as a business consultant, establishing and implementing business plans and solutions and carrying out regular business reviews, identifying client needs
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Creating various MIS Reports, Generate report on the monthly expense and revenue sheet.
