Business Development Manager - Staff Augmentation/SAP Applications (3-10 yrs)
Candidate should have min 4+ years work experience in Staff Augmentation and Business Acquisition for SAP Applications - ERP, SAP ARIBA, SAP Byd, CRM, HRMS, Business Intelligence, Business Objects through services ranging from Implementation to Rollouts, Upgrade, AMS, Audits, Enterprise Account Management (Key/Large Accounts)
- Account Manager experienced in building client relationships from scratch and developing them in scale and scope
- Identified additional revenue streams through cross selling and up selling
- Identifying and networking with enterprise clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Responsible for Lead generation, Account Management and handled existing Customer Issue Track.
- New Customer Acquisition - Special Focus on accounts in all verticals.
- Interacting with CFO/Internal Audit Head //VP/CIO/CFO/CEO/IT Manager (Textiles, Pharma, Chemical, Automotive, Manufacturing-Discrete)
- Generating new clients by looking at their staffing needs on LinkedIn.
- Speaking with Professional services Director to get empanelled with them for staffing needs.
- Ownership of contract renewals, change requests, any other services for new work for an existing client.
- Boost sales process cycle by primarily building relationships; and further ensuring highest customer satisfaction. Ensure continuous track on invoicing, and responsible for timely payment +collections.
- Work closely with Project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project.
- Ensure regular two way communication between client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. Coordinating with Solution Architects to fine tune the pre sales solution to prospective customers.
- Make initial corporate presentations, introducing product range and services and familiarize organization commitments and culture.
- Supporting Regional Sales Head to leverage account planning, sales pipeline, identification of new market and opportunities.
- Responsible for handling IT requirements, hiring & Vendor Management.
