Business Development Manager - Skill Development & Corporate Sales - BFS (4-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- To Connect with BFSI Corporate decision makers and advocate the GoI's agenda on skill development and entrepreneurship through SKILL INDIA initiative, implementation of apprenticeship in BFSI sector to create inventory of skilled work force for the industry.
- To identify, develop and maintain relationship with the Senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) associated with BFSI companies.
- To influence, convince and onboard the SMEs to be part of the Sub-Sectoral NOS Committee of the BFSI SSC to assist SSC develop New Qualifications, Training Curriculum, Contents, Q/B, etc.
- Coordinate with BFSI Companies HR/Recruitment Heads and invite them to participate in monthly Job Fairs / Job Melas / Apprentice Melas across different states/districts organized by NSDC/State Skill Development Missions/Other Govt Departments.
- Will be required to publish MIS on level of engagement with BFSI Companies and their participation under various skill initiatives.
Candidate profile :
- Mumbai based Male MBA with 2 Yrs Work Ex/ Graduate (BBA/BMS/BCom) with 3 Yrs Work Ex in Sales with either a Bank / NBFC / Insurance Co.
- Should have very good spoken and written communication skills ( Personal /Email /Telephone etiquette)
- Should be hands-on in using WORD / EXCEL / POWERPOINT / Emails / Search Engines
- Should have working knowledge on Social Media.
- Fluent in English / Hindi (knowledge of South Indian Language will be an advantage)
- Should be well groomed, presentable and courteous.
- Should be comfortable in engaging with Senior BFSI Business/HR Executives.
- We should look at some one from chamber of commerce who have worked with sub committees sp related to Skills or Banking and who has connects with CEO/CXO/Leadership team for advocacy work
- Should have excellent PR skills and engagement
Sal range: - Upto 7 LPA
