Urgent Opening for Business Development Manager-SAP
Role: Business Development Manager
Experience: Min 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships and drive revenue within our Professional Staffing and Managed Solutions offerings.
- Generate new leads and direct clients for IT Staffing across PAN India.
- Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
- Meet and exceed company's staffing targets.
- Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies
- Execute the business development plan while working .
Skill Set
- 4+ years related to business development experience in IT Staffing and Consulting
- Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
- Outgoing personality with a positive and energetic attitude
- Excellent communication skills.
