Business Development Manager - Sales - IT Hardware (2-8 yrs)
1) Create a customer strategy to cross-sell products tailored to each account based on needs.
2) Grow the business with the customer accounts and identify new customer accounts to develop new businesses.
3) Actively pursue transactional and value-based selling.
4) Meet and/or exceed Lead Target by generating BANT qualified Leads
5) Maintaining sufficient pipeline to close & meet business objectives on a Daily/Weekly/Quarterly basis
6) Requirement for experienced Tele-Callers for IT Hardware Sales
Preferred candidates with past Lead-Gen IT Sales exposure in Laptop, Desktop, Storage, Servers
7) Understanding of the IT Industry
8) Looking for Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication/Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
9) Candidates with a flair for Market-Research, Prework Activities or Background-Studies preferred
- Ideal candidate should be able to initiate, handle & conclude Hardware based Sales discussion
- Minimum Work-Exp of 2-8 Years in Hardware/Technology Sales background in India Relationship
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate or Post Graduate
Required Skillsets :
- Experience with a sales and account management background
- Experienced B2B salesperson with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels
