Business Development Manager - Rooftop Solutions (2-3 yrs)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building & expanding the B2B and B2C segment comprising rooftop domestic/institutional solutions.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Operationalizing sales strategy by building the sales & Distribution for B2B & B2C segment.
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to ensure massive penetration of products in the region.
- Forging alliance with Institutions both in Government & non-government sector.
The Ideal candidate:
- Someone with a MBA degree and at least 2-3 years of sales & distribution experience with a solar companies/Electrical Appliances/ products/Consumers Durable product distribution catering to B2B & B2C segments.
- Someone with a consulting mindset.
- Proven record of meeting revenue targets and experience growing new/alternative business lines
- Someone who is relentless to build effective sales channels in an emerging product category.
- Great communicator who communicates clearly and captures the requirement of clients and able to present the solution clearly.
- Passionate about his/her work and driven by the need of achievement.
- Comfortable working independently & requiring minimal supervision.
- Someone who would like to roll up sleeves to figure out how to grow a high- potential business.
- Someone who thrives off building strong relationships both within the organisation and externally.
