Business Development Manager - Recruitment Firm (7-10 yrs)
1. Be the face of Hapstive to build a strong team for Business Development.
2. Build a relationship with the clients as well as focus on company success.
3. Arrange and follow-up in the each set of Customer Relations and produce results.
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Identify potential clients Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising etc.
2. Identify the decision makers and build relationship within the client organization and set up meetings
3. Pre-sales activities include preparing sales proposal, tender response and demonstration of services provided by Hapstive.
4. Handling corporate sales operations with small scale to large scale clients/industries.
5. Work through differences to a positive conclusion using persuasive and negotiation skills and turn them into business.
6. Be in connect with our associates and get leads and pursue them to convert into increased business.
7. Work with other internal teams to meet customer needs within the deadlines and to provide enhanced quality.
8. Requirements received from clients have to shared and discussed with the operations team at the earliest.
9. Requirements have to be filled and all queries have to be addressed in detailed manner.
10. Work in tandem with other departments to close the deals and billing.
11. Identify the business trends within existing accounts with a view to developing new services, solutions that clients may be in need of.
12. Understand company's goals, purpose with a primary focus on to sales targets as per company's business plans.
13. Financially accountability including profitability, budgeting and forecasting, cost analysis and invoicing
14. Develop team and allocate them according to the market needs and demand.
15. Aggressive to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets/goal
