Business Development Manager - Recruitment Consultant (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work with assigned accounts to provide our consulting services, develop new business, and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Review the current set of Clients and identify an area for optimizations, create and present a value proposition to the clients.
- Act as a primary contact for assigned customers and liaise with hiring managers/HR/ talent acquisition teams as required facilitating and supporting the generation of revenue through the assigned customer base.
- Handle escalations by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management (Internally) on business trends with a view to developing new solutions and services.
- Identify opportunities within Bangalore and across India that will lead to an increase in volume of business.
Industry : Recruitment / Staffing
Desired Candidate Profile :
a) Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development in IT recruitment field
b) Should be able to do cold calls and have strong network.
c) Strong understanding of IT recruitment.
d) Strong experience in client engagement/ client servicing.
e) Excellent presentation skills and competence in MS office
Soft Skills :
a) Self-starter and must be comfortable working independently
b) Proactive and action oriented
c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
d) Have a good EQ and strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge long term relationship.
