Business Development Manager - Recruitment (5-8 yrs)
The- Business- Development- Manager- will work with their own existing client network and introduce the company and his new role sign up contracts to generate- business- briskly.- Prospect for new clients by networking, calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The candidate will plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do- business- with the company. You will also be required to grow and retain existing accounts.
1. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
2. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives via social media, Linkedin
4. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
5. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
6. Identifying new sales leads
7. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
8. Work closely with recruitment team to ensure the client requirement will be fulfilled by providing qualitative candidates & concerns will be resolved on time.
Requirements :
- Candidates should have prior- business- development- and should have obtained new accounts/business. They should understand the process of prospecting, follow up, meeting, submitting proposals and closing contracts.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of the job market and hiring trends.
- Ideally, candidates should have accounts that would give them- business.
- Most of all we need a candidate who is a self-starter, proactive, positive and come up with creative and consultative ways of bringing new business.
